Welcome to APE77. This Terms and Conditions document ("Agreement") governs your use of the website, mobile application, and all services provided by APE77 ("Platform"). By accessing or using any part of this Platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by this Agreement.

If you disagree with any part of these terms, you must immediately stop using the Platform. APE77 reserves the right to modify, update, or replace any part of this Agreement at any time. Changes take effect immediately upon being posted on the Platform.

To register and use APE77's services, you must meet the following eligibility requirements without exception:

• You must be 18 years and above as of the date of registration. APE77 takes the protection of minors seriously and does not permit any form of participation from underage individuals.
• You must be an individual acting on your own behalf, and not as an agent or representative of any other party.
• You are not permitted to register or play if there are legal restrictions in your area of residence that prohibit online gaming activities.
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into this binding agreement.
• You are not currently on a self-exclusion list or responsible gaming program of any relevant authority.

Each member is only permitted to hold one (1) active account only on APE77. Multiple account registrations are strictly prohibited and may result in the closure of all associated accounts along with a balance freeze.

During the registration process, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. The details you must provide include:

All deposited funds must originate from a bank account or digital wallet registered in the member's own name. APE77 does not accept third-party deposits. Deposits identified as coming from external sources will be returned and the account in question may be temporarily suspended pending investigation.

APE77 is committed to processing all withdrawal requests promptly and efficiently. Withdrawals are typically processed within 15 to 30 minutes once the request is verified, subject to full account verification.

Withdrawal conditions that must be met:

• The account must have completed the full KYC verification process before the first withdrawal is processed.
• Withdrawals may only be made to a bank account registered in the member's own name.
• Minimum withdrawal limit is RM 30 per transaction.
• Members who receive bonuses must fulfill the specified rollover requirements before withdrawals are permitted.
• APE77 reserves the right to request additional documents for withdrawals exceeding a specified amount as a security measure.

In exceptional cases such as detection of suspicious activity or security review requirements, APE77 reserves the right to temporarily hold withdrawal processing while an investigation is conducted. Members will be notified through their registered communication channels.

APE77 offers a variety of bonuses and promotions to members from time to time. All bonuses are subject to rollover requirements and specific terms stated in each promotional offer.

• Welcome bonus may only be claimed once by each new member upon registration.
• Bonuses cannot be directly converted to cash without meeting the specified rollover requirements.
• Bonus rollover requirements typically range from 3x to 10x depending on the bonus type. Full requirements are stated on the relevant promotions page.
• APE77 reserves the right to withdraw any bonus obtained through fraudulent means, exploitation of loopholes, or system abuse.
• Only one active bonus may be held at a time unless otherwise stated.
• APE77 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice.

All games available on APE77 use a Random Number Generator (RNG) that has been audited by independent international bodies to ensure fairness and transparency. The outcome of each game is final and cannot be disputed once settled by the system.

• Members are solely responsible for all betting decisions made through their accounts.
• In the event of a technical disruption during a gaming session, APE77 will review the transaction logs and resolve any disputes based on valid system records.
• Bets that have been confirmed and accepted by the system cannot be cancelled by the member.
• APE77 reserves the right to void any game rounds or bets affected by significant technical errors and to refund the original wagered amount to the member's account.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the APE77 platform and may result in immediate account closure and balance freeze:

• Identity fraud: Registering using another person's name, details, or documents.
• Money laundering: Using the Platform to process or conceal illicit funds.
• System exploitation: Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any method to gain an unfair advantage.
• Collusion: Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes, particularly in table games.
• Bonus abuse: Registering multiple accounts or using false information to claim bonuses repeatedly.
• Threats or harassment: Harassing, threatening, or being abusive towards APE77 support staff.
• Hacking attempts: Any attempt to access another member's system, data, or account without authorization.

APE77 reserves the right to suspend or close any member account at any time for the following reasons:

• Violation of any part of these Terms & Conditions
• Confirmation that a member does not meet age or location eligibility requirements
• Detection of fraudulent activity or suspicious behaviour
• Requests from law enforcement bodies or relevant authorities
• Account inactivity for a specified period

Members may also voluntarily close their account at any time by contacting the APE77 customer support team. Prior to closure, ensure all bonus rollover requirements have been met and any eligible balance has been withdrawn.

APE77 provides the Platform on an "as-is" basis and makes no guarantees that the platform will always be free from errors, disruptions, or technical faults. While we make every effort to ensure platform availability at all times, occasional interruptions may occur due to system maintenance or factors beyond our control.

• APE77 is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of the Platform.
• APE77 is not liable for any losses resulting from internet connection failures on the member's end.
• Game results that have been settled by the system are final and cannot be disputed on the grounds of connection interruptions on the member's end.
